Our Success Factors practice sits within our high‑growth Human Resources Technology & Transformation (HRT&T) practice, at the heart of Workforce.

We work with our clients to maximise and realise their investment in Success Factors as their core HCM platform, through both advisory, implementation and transformation programmes, working with small high‑growth start‑ups to multinational listed organisations.

We are currently looking for experienced Success Factors Human Resources consultants to join our established and growing Success Factors Consulting Team.

The Role Is For You If

  • Extensive functional and technical HCM implementation experience across the full transformation lifecycle, from HR/IT advisory, vendor selection and solution design through implementation and ongoing optimisation.
  • Deep expertise in HR technology and integrations across the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, covering on‑premise and cloud solutions including SAP HCM, SAP Success Factors, and best‑of‑breed platforms.
  • Proven delivery of complex, multi‑country HR and payroll integrations within large global organisations across sectors such as telecommunications, banking, and utilities.
  • Strong Tier‑1 management consultancy background with a track record of leading programmes, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering full lifecycle SAP Success Factors implementations.
  • Demonstrated leadership of functional and technical workstreams, including project planning, risk and issue management, escalation, and ensuring delivery timelines and quality outcomes.
  • Experienced team leader and trusted advisor, recognised for building high‑performing teams, managing engagement economics, providing effective coaching, and maintaining client and team satisfaction.
