This is an exceptional opportunity to work directly with Private Equity clients and portfolio companies, to shape and deliver data‐driven insights that drive business performance and investment returns.
As a Manager, you'll play a key leadership role on projects and within the team. You'll bring commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate insight clearly to senior stakeholders.
You will:
- Lead the design and delivery of data‐driven analysis to support performance transparency, value creation, and commercial and operational improvement programmes.
- Structure and solve complex business problems – identifying key value drivers and translating data into commercial insight.
- Develop compelling analyses and dashboards (typically using Power BI, Alteryx, SQL or Python) to highlight business performance, margin improvement opportunities, and growth levers.
- Use automation and emerging technologies (including GenAI) to improve efficiency and insight generation within client projects and internal workflows.
- Partner with clients and other Strategy teams to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations.
- Manage and coach teams of Senior Associates and Associates, ensuring analytical quality and professional development.
- Support business development, including preparing proposals, pitching to clients, and contributing to go‐to‐market propositions.
- Contribute to the development of reusable frameworks and accelerators that enhance our delivery capability and scalability.
This role is for you if you have:
- Strong understanding of business performance drivers, financial metrics, and operational levers.
- Ability to translate analytical findings into clear commercial insights for non‐technical audiences.
- Experience delivering data‐led insights using tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Python, or Power Query.
- Track record of leading projects and teams in fast‐paced environments.
- Experience managing client relationships and supporting business development.
- Skilled communicator – able to articulate complex issues clearly and succinctly.
- Strong problem‐solving skills with attention to structure, logic, and detail.
- Passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Experience in post‐deal, value creation or performance improvement contexts.
- Familiarity with Private Equity portfolio environments.
- Exposure to financial modelling or understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow linkages.
