In SAP technology at PwC, you will specialise in utilising and managing SAP software and solutions within an organisation. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies.
About The Role
Over the last few years, we have been very successful in delivering large, complex SAP transformation programmes and are continuing to expand our SAP practice. We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial and high-performing individuals to help us further strengthen our SAP-enabled transformation capabilities. Currently, we are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager at a Manager level to lead and deliver end-to-end testing across SAP programmes including S/4HANA, ECC, BW, CRM, SuccessFactors, and Ariba.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Define and lead the end-to-end SAP test strategy across large transformation programmes
- Plan and manage all phases of testing including SIT, UAT, regression and performance testing
- Coordinate test design, preparation and execution across multiple SAP workstreams
- Monitor test progress, coverage and quality metrics, proactively managing risks and issues
- Lead defect lifecycle management including triage, prioritisation and resolution
- Act as the primary point of contact for all testing activities across programmes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional, technical and business stakeholders
- Manage and optimise testing tools and frameworks (e.g. SAP Solution Manager, ALM, Jira, Tosca)
- Drive continuous improvement including test automation and reusable test asset development
- Lead, coach and develop onshore and offshore test teams
This Role Is For You If
- You have extensive experience in SAP testing roles and strong leadership experience
- You have led testing across large SAP programmes including S/4HANA implementations or migrations
- You have strong knowledge of SAP delivery methodologies and testing lifecycle best practices
- You have experience working across multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, etc.)
- You are experienced in managing stakeholders and communicating effectively at all levels
- You have worked with test management and defect tracking tools such as SAP Solution Manager, ALM and Jira
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical and planning capabilities
- You have previous consulting experience or experience working in complex delivery environments
