The Knowledge Senior Manager coordinates strategy, governance, and distribution of key tax insights within the Private Business team and Tax Knowledge Network. They manage technical knowledge assets and collaborate with Subject Matter Specialists to keep content current and accessible via platforms like Templafy and Knowledge Navigator. Supporting events, training, and cross-team efforts, the role fosters a strong culture of knowledge sharing for client excellence. Organisational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential. The position is an 18-24 month FTC (longer is possible) with part-time options available.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Manage internal knowledge assets by collaborating with Subject Matter Specialists to refresh and share up-to-date content, supporting cross-team collaboration and improved information flow.
- Drive transformation through involvement in AI initiatives, report automation, and taxonomy development, ensuring systems meet evolving practice needs.
- Engage senior stakeholders to gather input, gain buy-in, and align on knowledge priorities and deliverables.
- Support market engagement and internal training by organizing client events, award submissions, campaigns, and designing training sessions to build technical and commercial acumen.
