We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated functional consultants with Pharma industry expertise across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and/or Medical Affairs to join our Customer Transformation team within PwC’s fast growing Consumer Markets practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong Pharma/MedTech background combined with experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design. A proven track record of delivering Marketing, Sales, or Customer Experience solutions is essential, particularly in areas such as Commercial–Medical operating model transformation, Marketing and Content Supply Chain, and Omni channel and field force transformation. Experience with platforms such as Salesforce/Veeva Life Sciences, Adobe Creative tools, and Customer Experience or Omni channel technologies is highly desirable.
This Role Is For You If
- You have strong experience as a functional consultant, ideally within Pharma/ Med Tech/ Life Sciences industry area, with a strong focus on Sales, Marketing (Content/ Brand) or Medical Affairs transformation.
- You have proven experience with relevant Pharma industry Marketing, Sales or Medical Affairs technology implementations on any relevant apps.
- Can demonstrate a deep understanding of sales, marketing and medical affairs operations, including Customer Experience, Omnichannel, Field operations, Content and/ or Marketing assessments, Operating Model design and implementation.
- Prior consulting experience essential.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Collaborating with stakeholders to collect and define project requirements.
- Performing in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and user needs to identify potential solutions and areas for improvement.
- Development and maintenance of comprehensive functional and non-functional requirement documents, including user stories and use cases.
- Simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding.
- Partnering with development teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and issues are resolved promptly.
- Configuring applications to align with business processes and client requirements.
- Conducting quality assurance testing to confirm that the software meets specified requirements and operates as intended.
- Facilitating training sessions and producing user documentation to support the smooth adoption of new software features.
- Overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and resources to guarantee successful implementation.
