About The Role

Our Oracle HCM team sits at the heart of PwC’s high‑growth Workforce Transformation practice, within the Consulting practice. We work with clients across industries—from high‑growth start‑ups to multinational listed organisations—to help them maximise the value of their Oracle Cloud investment through advisory, implementation, and transformation programmes.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Working as part of a diverse team of curious and collaborative problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
  • Bringing structure to unstructured problems and delivering measurable value to clients.
  • Inspire stakeholders by communicating clearly and effectively using straightforward, structured language.
  • Reviewing your own work for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Using feedback and reflection to build self‑awareness and develop your strengths.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the PwC network to deliver innovative Oracle HCM solutions.

This Role Is For You If

  • You have full lifecycle experience of at least one Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, including one or more of the following modules: Human Capital Management Cloud Services, Recruiting Cloud Services, Talent Management Cloud Services, Learning Management Cloud Services, Oracle Payroll / Payroll Interface, Oracle Time & Labour, NextGen Helpdesk, Visual Builder Studio.
  • You also bring experience in one or more of the following areas: Oracle ME, Oracle AI Agents, Oracle Policy, Automation, Oracle Strategic Workforce Planning, Oracle HCM Analytics, Oracle Skills Cloud, Data migration and integrations.
  • You have demonstrable experience in several of the following activities: Requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis, Functional configuration of Oracle HCM modules, HCM process design, Workshop design and delivery, Testing and training, Post go‑live support of Oracle HCM solutions.
  • You’ve worked both independently and as part of a collaborative team to meet project timelines and keep leadership informed of progress and issues.
  • You blend functional and technical skills with creativity to develop innovative solutions that deliver value to clients.
  • You have a strong desire to learn, grow, and inspire knowledge sharing with others.
