You will bring the experience, judgement and client credibility required to lead complex, multi-year transformations valued at £40m+, mobilise and direct large multi-disciplinary teams, and navigate significant programme, commercial and delivery challenges.

The role is cross-sector and may be based in London or another location.

This role will strengthen Pw C's senior SAP delivery capability, support the successful delivery of multiple major programmes and help create high-quality, referenceable client outcomes.

It will also contribute practical experience of modern SAP transformation, including cloud, data, integration, AI and automation, to continually improve how Pw C delivers at scale.

  • What your days will look like

  • Work alongside the Partner Engagement Leader to provide clear day-to-day direction, delivery governance and executive-level leadership across complex, multi-year programmes.
  • Lead large, multi-disciplinary and geographically distributed teams across SAP, data, cloud, architecture, cybersecurity, change, operating model and wider business transformation capabilities.
  • Own and actively manage programme delivery and commercial performance, including scope, resourcing, programme economics, contractual commitments, dependencies, delivery quality and margin discipline.
  • Identify, assess and resolve complex delivery, commercial, client and programme risks early, applying sound judgement while maintaining senior stakeholder confidence.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite client sponsors, client programme leaders, SAP executives, alliance teams and other strategic delivery partners.
  • Support major SAP pursuits by bringing credible delivery experience to programme shaping, mobilisation planning and the development of executable delivery approaches.
  • Use SAP and Pw C methods, assets and accelerators to improve mobilisation, programme execution, quality, productivity and decision-making.
  • Embed relevant cloud, data, integration, AI and automation capabilities into transformation and programme delivery in a practical, scalable manner.
  • Coach and develop Directors and senior programme leaders, codify lessons from major programmes and strengthen the depth and scalability of Pw C's SAP delivery capability.
  • Collaborate across UK, EMEA and global Pw C teams to support multi-territory programme delivery and multinational clients.
  • This role is for you if
  • A demonstrable track record as the senior Delivery Leader on £40m+ complex, multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformations, with responsibility across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Extensive experience leading large, multi-disciplinary and geographically distributed programme teams through complex delivery environments.
  • Proven success in navigating significant programme, commercial and delivery challenges while maintaining client confidence and achieving successful outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and end-to-end SAP-enabled business transformation, including the programme, commercial and technical complexities of delivery at scale.
  • Knowledge of modern SAP transformation approaches, including SAP Business Technology Platform, cloud-based architectures, data, integration, AI and the wider SAP ecosystem.
  • Strong commercial leadership across programme economics, scope, resourcing, contractual commitments and margin.
  • Executive-level credibility and the ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders, senior SAP leaders and strategic delivery partners.
  • The ability to lead through Partners, Directors and senior programme leaders, creating clarity, accountability and effective decision-making across complex delivery structures.
  • A strong track record of developing and coaching senior delivery talent and strengthening wider programme leadership capability.
