We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in leading the delivery of high-quality advice to our clients, data and financial analysis, market assessments, strategy development, and deal execution.
You will be part of a Real Estate Advisory team of c.50 core professionals. Our platform expands to c.100 when you include Valuations and Financial Due Diligence colleagues who work closely alongside us, and to 200+ when you include our Tax, Accounting, Restructuring and Legal colleagues focused on Real Estate. We are growing, creating strong opportunities for people with an ownership mindset to learn, lead and build a career.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Lead the development of business cases, estate strategies and options appraisals for a range of potential client objectives, including real estate portfolio optimisation, development, investment, and other commercial decision making.
- Lead a team in conducting data analysis, financial and commercial due diligence, industry research, and market analysis.
- Lead the development of financial models to assess project viability, investment returns, and scenario outcomes – including consideration of wider economic impacts/benefits.

- Strong financial modelling and data analytical skills.
- Significant interest in real estate, development, economic renewal and the wider built environment.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills – including, confident presenter and facilitator of workshops with senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts and analysis in concise and easy-to-understand language, both verbally and in writing – including, delivering high quality formal reports, demonstrating strong analytical skills with an ability to think laterally.
- Must possess a ACA, CFA, RICS, or similar qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
