PwC works with clients to help them define and implement their Global Payroll Strategy, often involving transformation of the function for teams ranging from small to large multinational complex organisations. As part of our growth plans in the payroll consulting market, we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to help drive our payroll services. You will be part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. This role is open to all our national offices and will involve some client travel.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Using various tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends, developing strategies, solving issues, designing the future of the function and reviewing work for quality and relevance.
- Managing small to midāsized work streams & teams.
- Leading an RFP response from a client looking to work with a consultancy to assist them in defining and implementing their global payroll strategy.
- Identifying and mitigating risks to the BAU payroll cycle, putting additional controls in place if required and documenting lessons learned.
- Managing consulting engagements with clients from proposing, scoping, developing (or overseeing) deliverables and team members.
- Providing coaching and feedback to team members, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
