About The Role
Imagine helping some of the world’s most complex organisations reinvent how they plan, budget and forecast – shaping the processes, data and operating models that bring finance transformation to life.
As a Senior Manager in our Finance Solutions – EPM team, part of the Digital Core Modernisation practice, you’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of high‑profile Enterprise Performance Management programmes, guiding finance functions through the design of intelligent, high‑performance planning capabilities – independent of any single platform.
This is a role for an experienced EPM/FP&A leader who loves the craft of finance transformation and wants to lead from the front – designing the target operating model, shaping planning processes and data foundations, owning delivery outcomes and building lasting client relationships.
You’ll sit at the intersection of finance, data and AI, with the chance to build and grow your expertise in Gen AI and Agentic AI as those capabilities become embedded in the way we plan.
If you’re energised by solving real finance problems, designing planning processes that scale, growing accounts and building a market‑leading team – and want to be part of a practice that’s setting the pace – we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑workstream EPM and FP&A programmes – managing quality, commercials, risk and outcomes across combined deliveries.
- Designing target operating models and end‑to‑end FP&A processes across the full planning lifecycle – strategic planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, driver‑based and predictive planning, scenario modelling and management reporting.
- Designing the data foundations that underpin great planning – defining data models, hierarchies, master data, integration and data quality principles that make FP&A processes robust and scalable.
- Leading integrated business planning across finance and operations – connecting revenue, workforce, Op Ex/Cap Ex, cash flow and profitability planning into a coherent enterprise view.
- Building and owning ongoing relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor, growing accounts and shaping long‑term transformation roadmaps.
- Running business requirement definition workshops with senior Finance and IT stakeholders – challenging thinking, shaping the operating model and bringing planning processes to life.
- Embedding AI into the future of planning – identifying where Gen AI and Agentic AI can enhance forecasting, insight, automation and decision‑making across the finance function.
- Leading and growing mixed onshore/offshore delivery teams, mentoring managers and consultants and building the next generation of EPM/FP&A talent.
- Contributing to proposals, go‑to‑market strategy and the ongoing growth of the EPM practice.
- The Skills And Experience We’re Looking For
- A strong FP&A and EPM background, with deep, proven experience designing end‑to‑end planning, budgeting and forecasting processes – revenue, workforce, Op Ex/Cap Ex, cash flow and management reporting.
- Expertise across multiple types of planning that support FP&A – strategic and long‑range planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, driver‑based planning, predictive and scenario planning, and integrated business planning.
- Senior stakeholder management up to C‑Suite level, both within and beyond implementation projects.
Building and owning long‑term client relationships, growing accounts and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Strong data design capability – the ability to define the data models, hierarchies, master data and integration principles that underpin high‑quality planning and reporting.
- A proven track record of managing end‑to‑end delivery of complex EPM/FP&A programmes – owning quality, commercials, risk and delivery across combined engagements.
- Experience developing estimating models and shaping commercially robust proposals and delivery approaches.
- A track record of leading business requirement definition with senior Finance stakeholders, translating business needs into process and capability, and challenging thinking where it matters.
- A business and finance process‑oriented mindset that brings technology, data and finance together with confidence.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence and build trust in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
