The Senior Manager, Sales Driver for Engine by Starling is a pivotal role designed to lead and manage the strategic alliance proposition within the EMEA market. This position focuses on collaborating with PwC's network firms and internal teams to drive sales pipeline development, client relationship management, and enhancing internal advocacy for our solutions.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Acting as the dedicated champion and market driver of the Engine by Starling strategic alliance proposition in EMEA, promoting the strategic alliance proposition effectively, ensuring it aligns with regional priorities and enhances market presence.
- Working collaboratively with network PwC firms to facilitate partnerships and drive pipeline creation.
- Overseeing discovery projects as part of the sales cycle.
- Closely coordinating with partner-level sponsors to ensure solution alignment to industry, territory and alliance priorities.
- Managing a Sales Support Analyst.

- You have digital banking experience, including strategic view on the future of digital banking.
- You have experience working in consultancy and working in / with software vendors.
- You have experience dealing with a variety of clients and stakeholders.
- You have extensive experience in sales management, strategic alliances, or business development within a similar industry.
- You have a strong understanding of EMEA market dynamics and proficiency in driving strategic initiatives in the region.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with experience in overseeing complex sales cycles and discovery sessions.
- You have experience in managing and nurturing team members to achieve high performance.
