As a Senior Associate, you will play a hands‑on, embedded role within the Corporate Finance (CF) teams, supporting their day‑to‑day workflows and enabling DealCloud to function as a core tool for origination, collaboration, and deal execution. You will combine strong platform capability with a deep understanding of how CF and broader Deal Advisory operate, while confidently supporting senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic expansion initiatives.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Embedded Support for Corporate Finance
    • Work closely with CF teams to understand their workflows, pressures and data needs.
    • Configure DealCloud to accurately reflect CF processes.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management
    • Engage confidently with Partners, Directors, Senior Managers, and CF leadership to gather requirements, resolve issues, and support informed decision‑making.
    • Present platform changes, issues or risks clearly for senior audiences.
    • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders involved in CF transformation, reporting, and governance.
  • Strategic Support for Global CF Expansion
    • Support the global expansion of Corporate Finance on DealCloud, including onboarding territories and aligning data standards.
    • Contribute to discussions on permissions, entity management, data residency and cross‑border reporting.
    • Help establish processes that scale effectively across regions.
  • Expansion into Broader Deal Advisory
    • Support extension of DealCloud into other teams within Deal Advisory.
    • Understand each function’s workflows and help translate them into platform configuration.
    • Promote standardisation where helpful and possible.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify product improvement opportunities that streamline workflows and enhance reporting.
    • Identify additional tools that could be used alongside DealCloud to enhance the platform to provide further value to end users.

You Have

  • Hands-on DealCloud experience.
  • Strong understanding of Corporate Finance or Deals workflows.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system configuration.
  • Experience supporting multi‑territory implementations and rollouts. (Desirable)
  • Exposure to Deal Advisory functions. (Desirable)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or integrated systems. (Desirable)
