Based in London, you'll work with our UK‑wide Energy Tax team, gaining exposure to clients and deals nationwide, and build global relationships through our international client base. - Leading varied advisory engagements (restructuring, debt/equity reorganisations, Pillar 2, CIR, permanent establishments and loss utilisation) and, where required, delivering tax due diligence and structuring for M&A.
- Managing and developing junior team members, strengthening internal networks across the wider Energy practice, and tracking client investment and key financial metrics.
This role is for you if:
- Practice‑trained finance professional with a relevant qualification (e.g., ACA/ACCA/CTA) or International equivalent.
- Experience advising large corporate clients on UK and international tax matters.
- Willingness to upskill and build capability in AI‑enabled tax technology.
- Proven client relationship skills, with effective leadership and coordination of internal teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to summarise complex tax issues clearly.
- Organised and deadline‑focused, with a proactive mindset and commitment to ongoing development.
What you'll receive from us:
No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
