In Transaction Services, we support a broad range of clients including private equity firms, investment funds and corporate clients through mergers, acquisitions and disposals. Advising throughout the lifecycle of the deal, we work on both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions, developing specialist sector knowledge and key skills in financial due diligence. We bring deep industry expertise and actionable insights through analysis and deal experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join as a Manager, where you will manage teams through the analysis of financial and non‑financial business information, using the latest data tools to perform sophisticated financial analysis, identifying and understanding key drivers of a business and potential deal breakers. You will demonstrate and grow your technical capabilities, data and value‑creation mindset while developing skills in communicating due diligence findings via our cloud‑based client reporting platform. You will interact with senior levels of management and gain exposure to business owners to understand historical and projected performance and wider commercial issues.
This Role Is For You If:
- Must possess an ACA Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience.
- Industry experience in Energy, Utilities, Mining and Infrastructure; Financial Services; Healthcare and Pharma; Industrial Manufacturing and Services; Retail, Consumer and Leisure; Real Estate; or Technology, Media and Telecommunications.
- Excellent business writing and Excel skills (e.g. report writing).
- Experience with Alteryx, PowerBI and other data analytics and visualisation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and commercial awareness.
- Interpersonal skills – nurturing talent teams, mentoring and developing staff, confident interacting with clients and management.
- Excellent communication skills – questioning and listening skills.
