As a Social Media Senior Associate, you'll play a key role in bringing the firm's social media strategy to life through engaging content, campaign delivery and channel management.

Working closely with the Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and publishing content across major social platforms, supporting influencer and employee advocacy programmes, and driving engagement with key audiences.

This is a hands‑on role suitable for a social media specialist who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys combining creativity with digital marketing expertise.

We welcome candidates from a wide range of industries and organisational sizes, including agencies, provided they can demonstrate strong content creation capabilities and a passion for social media excellence.

  • What Your Days Will Look Like
  • Creating, editing and publishing content across Linked In, Meta and other social media platforms.
  • Producing engaging video and visual content using tools such as Cap Cut and similar editing platforms.
  • Supporting the delivery of social media campaigns from concept through to execution.
  • Managing content calendars, scheduling posts and monitoring channel performance.
  • Working with internal stakeholders to develop content that supports business priorities and campaigns.
  • Supporting influencer marketing, employee advocacy and social engagement activities.

  • You have hands‑on experience managing social media channels for a brand, organisation or agency.
  • You enjoy creating content and have strong video editing skills, ideally using Cap Cut or similar tools.
