About The Role

This senior leadership role will build and scale the Guidewire Application Evolution Services (AES) offering in the UK, leading the full lifecycle of large, complex managed services opportunities from demand generation to solution design and delivery oversight. AES goes beyond traditional support by continually evolving and optimising client solutions through new platform releases, AI‑enabled capabilities, automated testing and ISO 20000‑1 standards. As the Guidewire AES market lead, you will embed AES into major transformation programmes, drive exceptional client outcomes, grow long‑term revenue, and shape commercially viable managed services that maximise value from Guidewire investments across the full run‑and‑evolve lifecycle.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Lead origination and qualification of large, complex Guidewire AES opportunities
  • Design end-to-end Guidewire AES solutions aligned to client business outcomes
  • Embed AES into transformation programmes at pre-sales stage to improve win rates
  • Own Guidewire AES sales targets and pipeline development
  • Develop scalable, cost-effective global delivery models leveraging automation and AI
  • Act as senior client adviser during pursuits and early delivery phases
  • Strengthen alliance-led go-to-market activity with Guidewire
  • Ensure effective transition from sales to delivery, protecting quality, margin and client outcomes

This Role Is For You If

  • Experience originating and securing complex AES, managed services or transformation deals
  • Deep expertise within Insurance and/or Guidewire and AES managed services solution design
  • Experience leading RFP/RFI responses and commercial structuring of large-scale services
  • Ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders, including C-suite
  • Experience building pipeline through alliance and sector-led go-to-market activity
  • Experience designing global delivery models that balance cost, quality and scalability
  • Strong commercial acumen with accountability for sales and revenue growth
  • Experience working within large, matrixed professional services or technology organisations
