The Group Financial Reporting Manager plays a pivotal role in preparing consolidated and subsidiary financial statements, ensuring compliance, accuracy and audit readiness.

- What Your Days Will Look Like
- Lead the delivery of Group and subsidiary financial reporting, ensuring accurate, timely and high‑quality statutory reporting and disclosures.
- Oversee the financial close and audit process, providing technical accounting expertise and ensuring compliance with IFRS, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, auditors and governance bodies to deliver clear financial insights and support informed decision‑making.
- Drive team performance and continuous improvement through coaching, process optimisation, enhanced controls and reporting transformation initiatives.
- This Role Is For You If
- A relevant finance qualification such as CA, ACA, CIMA or ACCA (or International Equivalent)
- Have relevant post‑qualification experience in financial reporting or external audit, ideally within a large or complex organisation or professional services firm.
- Technical
Expertise: Strong IFRS knowledge and experience preparing and reviewing consolidated group and subsidiary financial statements.
Confident dealing with complex accounting issues and engaging with auditors and stakeholders.
- Leadership and Influence: Experience managing and developing individuals. Strong communicator, able to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
