The Group Financial Reporting Manager plays a pivotal role in preparing consolidated and subsidiary financial statements, ensuring compliance, accuracy and audit readiness.

The position supports major finance transformation initiatives, provides technical accounting guidance and works closely with senior leaders to enhance reporting processes through technology.

  • What Your Days Will Look Like
  • Lead the delivery of Group and subsidiary financial reporting, ensuring accurate, timely and high‑quality statutory reporting and disclosures.
  • Oversee the financial close and audit process, providing technical accounting expertise and ensuring compliance with IFRS, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, auditors and governance bodies to deliver clear financial insights and support informed decision‑making.
  • Drive team performance and continuous improvement through coaching, process optimisation, enhanced controls and reporting transformation initiatives.
  • This Role Is For You If
  • A relevant finance qualification such as CA, ACA, CIMA or ACCA (or International Equivalent)
  • Have relevant post‑qualification experience in financial reporting or external audit, ideally within a large or complex organisation or professional services firm.

Expertise: Strong IFRS knowledge and experience preparing and reviewing consolidated group and subsidiary financial statements.

Confident dealing with complex accounting issues and engaging with auditors and stakeholders.
