This role supports the project management of implementations for PwC's proprietary Global Payroll Platform (GPP) within PwC's managed payroll service. It involves working closely with high-profile clients and coordinating multi-country implementation projects through PwC's extensive global network. You will manage relationships with key stakeholders, take ownership of a dedicated client portfolio, and oversee the day-to-day delivery of global payroll processes. The role requires strong coordination, organisation, and communication skills to ensure smooth implementation, consistent service delivery, and effective collaboration across multiple teams and jurisdictions.
What your days will look like:
- Supports project management of implementations for PwC's proprietary Global Payroll Platform (GPP) within PwC's managed payroll service, ensuring structured delivery, clear milestones, and effective coordination throughout complex, multi-country implementation lifecycles.
- Manages relationships with high-profile clients and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact while aligning expectations, tracking progress, and supporting successful outcomes across jurisdictions.
- Coordinates closely with PwC's extensive global network to support multi-country implementations, facilitating collaboration between local teams, resolving issues, and maintaining consistent delivery standards.
- Owns a dedicated client portfolio, overseeing day-to-day global payroll activities, prioritising tasks, managing dependencies, and ensuring reliable, high-quality service delivery outcomes.
