This role requires a high-performing transformation leader with strong data fluency, able to connect competing demands, provide strategic direction, and ensure accountable execution through Tech Catalyst while balancing ambition with pragmatic outcomes.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Act as the central point for converging data demands, translating firm‑wide and functional needs into a clear, prioritised roadmap for Business Solutions.
- Define and drive foundational data enablement, ensuring robust data quality, accessibility, definitions, and architecture to support scalable digital capabilities.
- Mobilise delivery through Tech Catalyst, engaging data teams and subject‑matter experts with clear accountability and ownership.
- Establish effective ways of working, align senior stakeholders, and drive cultural change to enable coordinated delivery, measurable progress, and sustained data literacy.
This Role Is For You If
- Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional transformation programmes, delivering outcomes at pace in fast‑moving environments.
- Strong data fluency, with the credibility to challenge priorities, identify misalignment, and shape effective data‑driven solutions.
- Ability to operate across both strategic and delivery levels, turning ambiguity and complexity into clear, actionable plans.
- Demonstrated track record of mobilising teams and driving progress through influence, collaboration, and strong stakeholder relationships.
- Confident engagement with senior stakeholders, maintaining alignment across competing priorities and driving informed decision‑making.
- Experience driving cultural change, including improving data literacy and adoption, with the judgement to balance ongoing activity with the need for alignment.
