About The Role
PwC is seeking an engaging, commercially driven, and client-centric Senior Manager to lead sales and business development across our Cyber Managed Services portfolio. Our Cyber Managed Services Offering Spans Three Core Areas:
- Managed Cyber Defence (MCD)
- Managed Cyber Risk (MCR)
- Managed Digital Identity (MDI)
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, shaping, and winning new Cyber Managed Services opportunities, acting as the bridge between client needs and our service delivery capabilities. You will help organisations address cyber risk holistically—across detection and response, risk and compliance, and identity and access management—rather than selling a single technology or service tower. This is a client-facing, commercially focused role combining pipeline generation, solution shaping, senior stakeholder engagement, and deal leadership to drive growth across the full Cyber Managed Services portfolio.
What Your Days Will Look Like:
- Lead the identification, qualification, and pursuit of new Cyber Managed Services opportunities across priority sectors and accounts.
- Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline, owning opportunities from early engagement through to contract signature.
- Shape compelling, client-centric value propositions aligned to cyber risk, regulatory, and operational priorities.
- Collaborate with service delivery, engineering, and product teams to design scalable, commercially viable managed service solutions.
- Lead and support RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and senior-level client presentations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, leading discovery sessions, workshops, and solution discussions.
- Drive go-to-market activity in collaboration with alliance partners, contributing to proposition development and sales campaigns.
- Lead commercial discussions, including pricing, contract terms, and deal governance, ensuring solutions are profitable and deliverable.
The Role Is For You If:
- Proven experience in business development, pre-sales, or solution consulting within cyber security, managed services, or technology-enabled services.
- Strong understanding of Managed Detection & Response (MDR), SOC services, XDR ecosystems, or managed security platforms.
- Experience shaping and selling services aligned to platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel/Defender, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Cortex, or Google SecOps.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing and deal structuring.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging C-suite clients.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
What You’ll Receive From Us:
No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions. We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
