GAQ-L&E Learning Experience Designer – FTC

Join our diverse and creative Global Assurance Quality – Learning & Education (GAQ-L&E) team as a Learning Experience Designer (experienced instructional designer) on a fixed term contract through to 30 June 2026 (with the option to extend subject to budget and performance).
Reporting to the Learning Specialist Team Leader, you’ll help shape engaging learning solutions—from virtual and in-person classrooms to eLearning and beyond. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, offer instructional design insights, and ensure every learning experience is meaningful and effective. No prior audit or assurance experience is needed—just your creativity, curiosity, and drive to help others grow.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Drive the design definition phase of learning solution projects: prepare and facilitate design workshops and follow up activities to translate needs into innovative, high-level design.
- Provide expert design consultation and coaching: help other team members to execute on the high-level design including designing content, project management and learning technology (including related possibilities and limitations).
- Perform design reviews: including reviewing scripts, instructor notes and online solutions to ensure fit for purpose use of interactivity, media and interface design.
- Develop and maintain best practice guidance: on adult learning theory and learning experience design for use across GAQ-L&E.
- Share knowledge: with the core project team, the globally dispersed GAQ-L&E team and the Global PwC Learning & Development community.

- You are aware of established and emerging learning-industry tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Vyond, Gomo, GenAI).
- You can effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders and the wider team – verbally and through visuals, mock-ups, proof of concepts etc.
- You possess strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively across teams to achieve common goals.
