Join our diverse and creative Global Assurance Quality – Learning & Education (GAQ-L&E) team as a Learning Development Manager on a fixed term contract through to 30 June 2026. Reporting to the Senior Learning Specialist, you\’ll contribute to the creation of innovative Assurance Network-wide training across various formats – virtual and in person classroom, eLearning, and more. Manage projects from start to finish, provide instructional design advice, and collaborate with others to ensure impactful learning experiences. If you’re passionate about learning and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you! No audit / assurance experience is required.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Manage projects from inception to release: facilitate project meetings, develop comprehensive project plans, and monitor progress against defined budgets.
- Management Risk and Quality Assurance: identify potential risks, communicate them proactively, and implement mitigation strategies. Champion quality assurance processes.
- Perform standard instructional design activities: Collaborate with Subject Matter Champions, learning experience designers and project leaders to create best in class training materials. Provide coaching and feedback, and advise on best practice.
- Communicate effectively at all levels: Provide clear and consistent communication to the core project team and external production resources and inform the Global Assurance L&E network on key milestones.
