We are seeking a Senior Manager or Manager to join a dynamic tax team. Role delivers high-quality tax services to partnership clients, ensuring compliance with UK tax rules. Supports tax planning and advisory work, requiring solid knowledge of partnership and partner tax affairs. Overseas partnership experience is helpful but not essential; inbound clients (especially US/international) preferred, with training provided.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Client management: Build strong client relationships, act as main contact, and provide tax advice and planning.
- Tax compliance: Coordinate with the partnership/partner compliance team on preparing and reviewing partnership tax returns and filings, ensuring UK compliance.
- Advisory services: Support strategic planning; advise on transactions/restructurings; keep clients updated on legislative changes and impacts.
- Team & growth: Help delegate work, guide junior staff, support business development and networking, contribute to proposals/marketing, and maintain technical expertise through updates and training.
This role is for you If
- You hold or be working towards an ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent (or an international equivalent).
- Experience: Solid partnership tax experience, including managing client relationships.
- Advisory: Experience supporting delivery of tax advisory services.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of UK partnership tax; technically curious and keeps up with changing rules.
- Communication: Excellent client relationship, communication and presentation skills; able to meet tight deadlines.
- Attributes: Integrity, analytical and detail‑focused, proactive, self‑motivated, team‑oriented; flexible/part‑time possible with availability to support US time zones; eager to learn and develop.
