As a Senior Manager in our Insurance and Asset Wealth Management team you will act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored insights and solutions aligned to client needs to help them navigate regulatory, reporting and sustainability change. You’ll shape how clients respond to emerging standards and deliver high‑impact work as well as contributing to the development of new service offerings and thought leadership. We’re looking for someone who brings strong technical insight, enjoys working in a fast‑moving environment and wants to grow their expertise while contributing to meaningful, future‑focused change.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Using knowledge of regulation, reporting or sustainability to help clients respond to emerging requirements, providing clear tailored advice to suit their needs.
  • Leading multi‑disciplinary engagements across regulation, reporting and sustainability topics.
  • Guiding project teams, setting direction, reviewing deliverables and managing risks.
  • Spotting efficiencies, embed enabling technology and share insights from our global network.

The Role Is For You If

  • You have previous experience in financial and/or sustainability reporting within financial services.
  • You have practical exposure to TCFD, CSRD, SDR and an understanding of ISSB standards.
  • You have the ability to interpret complex requirements and communicate them simply to varied audiences.
  • Previous experience with controls, assurance and reporting processes; technology enablement (e.g., Workiva).
  • You hold a track record leading teams to deliver multiple projects to a high standard.
  • Must possess an ACA Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
