Join our dynamic team as we embark on an exciting growth journey! We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in consulting, either from a professional services environment or from industry leadership, specifically with extensive experience in Health Trusts.

In this role, your proven success in delivering comprehensive enterprise digital transformations and enhancing customer experiences will be invaluable. You will work closely with our team, leveraging your deep insights into industry and digital trends and understanding their impacts on organisations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting compelling client proposals and architecting and leading projects through their entire lifecycle—from strategy to execution.
  • Delivering diverse, enterprise-wide transformations.
  • Covering strategy and experience design, operating model design and implementation, process design, patient journey and service model design, and end-to-end digital transformation.
  • Demonstrating a track record of leading organisations and supporting clients in achieving tangible, impactful outcomes.

This role is for you if you have:

  • A background in Consulting or Professional Services or Industry experience (including digital programme SRO roles).
  • Experience delivering digitally enabled transformation programmes, especially EPR delivery/implementation.
  • Transformed business and operating models to better align to patient/citizen needs as customers and improve ways of working.
  • Enhanced digital capabilities by leveraging next generation technologies.
  • Improved the visibility and knowledge about patients through advanced analytics.
  • Helped organisations capture and process feedback and improve end-to-end patient experience, whilst also reducing cost to serve.
  • Experience of interpreting clients' strategic, operational and external drivers for change, gaining respect, building trust and inspiring clients by anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations within the health industry.
  • Experience of building sustainable senior client relationships and being recognised and respected by clients and colleagues as a knowledgeable, valued and trusted professional.
  • A people and client centric approach with a passion for designing and delivering compelling experiences for patients/customers and employees.
  • A proven track record in delivering client excellence as well as shaping and contributing to the growth of our practice.
  • A sound understanding of emerging technologies and their applications to improve patient and employee experiences.
