About The Role
As a Director within our Customer and Digital Transformation team, you will support growth and delivery across omni channel, eCommerce, trading and product transformation in Retail and Consumer markets. This is a senior influence role focused on originating and scaling client relationships, shaping multi-layered transformation programmes, and building market-leading propositions in areas including AI-enabled and agentic commerce. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, managing pipeline, expanding key accounts and identifying new client opportunities. You will combine deep industry experience with considerable commercial acumen, bringing credibility with stakeholders while supporting high-performing delivery teams.
What Your Day Looks Like
- Retain and drive the sales pipeline across retail and consumer accounts, converting new-logo opportunities across omnichannel, digital commerce and product transformation.
- Build and sustain trusted C‑suite relationships (Digital, Data, Commercial and Product leadership).
- Lead multi-layered proposals and RFP responses, shaping differentiated value propositions and commercial structures.
- Develop and scale strategic alliances with key technology partners across commerce platforms, cloud and AI ecosystems.
- Oversee delivery of large-scale transformation programmes, ensuring considerable commercial performance and tangible client impact.
- Lead, mentor and grow Senior Managers and Managers, while strengthening thought leadership and market positioning in agentic commerce and AI-led retail.

- You have considerable industry experience within Retail or Consumer, either from consulting or in-house digital leadership roles.
- You have experience of generating revenue and guiding a healthy sales pipeline.
- You are positive supporting senior client conversations and closing complex deals.
- You understand the commercial drivers of omni channel and eCommerce performance.
- You can balance growth, delivery and team leadership effectively.
- You bring an external network and alliance mindset.
