PwC UK is seeking a visionary Director to lead customer transformation in the Insurance practice, with emphasis on life, wealth and pensions. The role focuses on transforming customer engagement across marketing, sales, service and customer experience, helping clients become more agile, digitally enabled and customer-obsessed.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead transformation programs that place the customer at the center of clients’ businesses.
  • Redesign customer-facing functions by crafting future operating models.
  • Drive strategic impact in customer strategy, digital service design, CX, and marketing/sales modernization.
  • Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams of analysts, designers, technologists and specialists.
  • Build trusted relationships as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
  • Stay ahead by championing new technologies, data analytics and digital trends in customer engagement.

This role offers the opportunity to guide some of the UK’s and global leading life and pensions and wealth organisations through large-scale, customer-led transformations.

What You’ll Need

  • Expertise in customer-centric large-scale transformation.
  • Strong background in financial services, particularly life and pensions or wealth management, with experience leading programs of £1.5m+.
  • Excellent ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and successfully lead projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership in direct consulting and project management.
