We’re looking for a Senior Associate to deliver impactful, user‑centred reporting and analytics, predominantly through Power BI, turning complex data into clear, compelling stories that help stakeholders understand performance, make decisions, and drive action.
This is an exciting time to join the team.

We're looking for someone energized by that shift.

- Analyse and validate data to ensure reporting accuracy, uncover trends and insights, and provide meaningful, actionable intelligence for the business.
- Turn data into compelling stories by collaborating with stakeholders to shape requirements, contextualise insights, support decision‑making, and promote data literacy.
- Drive continuous improvement and governance through robust documentation, knowledge sharing, adherence to data standards, reporting rationalisation, and leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance delivery and user experience.
- This Role Is For You If
- Power BI & Analytics
Expertise: Demonstrable experience building high‑quality, user‑focused Power BI reports and dashboards, with DAX skills and an understanding of semantic model design; experience with Databricks, Workday, or Service Now is advantageous.
- Analytical Mindset: Confident interrogating data, challenging assumptions, identifying insights, and ensuring conclusions are accurate and meaningful before presenting findings.
- User‑Centred Design & Storytelling: Passionate about creating intuitive, accessible dashboards and translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive action.
- Innovation & AI Adoption: Enthusiastic about leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance analytics delivery and evolve from report creation to strategic insight and decision support.
- Collaboration & Knowledge
Sharing: Actively supports team development by sharing expertise, providing constructive challenge, and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organisation & Delivery: Self‑motivated and structured, with the ability to manage competing priorities, communicate effectively, and deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
- What You’ll Receive From Us
No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
