As our related events activity is rapidly growing, we are looking for a Creative Experience Manager to join our team.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Managing a programme of third-party sponsorship events aligned with Sales & Marketing ensuring they are informative, interactive, and memorable while meeting business objectives.
- Building internal and external relationships to ensure clear communication and collaboration, lead pre and post-event evaluations to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Staying updated on industry trends, especially in tech, and manage third-party providers.
- Enhancing operational efficiency by adhering to technology-enabled processes and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Budgetary control: ensuring costs are managed with suppliers and negotiated without compromising quality. Forecasting and budget reporting required.
- Supporting junior team members when working on projects that require collaboration, managing roles and responsibilities and identifying areas for development.
- Become a brand ambassador for what a PwC Experience looks like whilst contributing to building award-winning and memorable brand experiences.
- Input to function wide improvement projects, initiatives and workstreams.
This Role Is For You If
- You are an experienced Exhibition / 3rd party sponsorship specialist with a track record in end-to-end campaign management, including overseeing onsite delivery.
- Have a background as strategic event manager, you excel under tight deadlines, are a strong multi-tasker and able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and suppliers.
- You are Tech-savvy, with a focus on operational efficiency, you seek innovative solutions to meet experience goals. You thrive on insights, using data and analytics to inform strategic planning and demonstrate a strong business acumen in ROI.
- Collaborate well as a team player, you understand the importance of cross-functional teamwork and third-party partnerships for success.
- You have a curious, disruptive mind when it comes to innovation at events and are always looking for the next tech leap forward.
