Join our Tax Compliance team, a leader in technology-enabled compliance and integrated advisory services for a diverse range of prestigious clients. This role sits within our investment partnership compliance team, managing tax reporting for complex private equity and real estate funds. What your days will look like:
- Oversee quality reviews for a portfolio of large and complex fund clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to manage team operations, including people, finances, technology, and marketing, while supporting transitions of work into the compliance team.
- Provide tax technical guidance and specialist input on technology development to enhance fund compliance processes, and identify consulting opportunities arising from compliance work.
- Work closely with advisory teams to promote the compliance offering in the market and deliver integrated client solutions.
This role is for you if:
- ATT, CTA, AAT or ACA qualified or international equivalent.
- Experienced reviewer of private equity and/or real estate fund compliance in the following areas: Partnership computations and returns and Investor Reporting.
- Experience with general partner corporate tax returns.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both oral and written.
