Join our Capital Markets Advisory Services team to advise clients on the accounting, company law, and capital markets issues. As a Capital Markets Advisory Services Manager, you will play a key role in delivering complex technical engagements, supporting senior leaders and managing teams across our two core delivery areas of Structuring and Accounting Advisory and Capital Markets Advisory. You will support the design of technical solutions and transaction structures, coach junior team members, and contribute to building strong client relationships. You will be a key part of small, specialist teams with a flat structure, working directly with Directors and Partners.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Leading teams and major workstreams on transactions and advisory projects across accounting, financial reporting, structuring and capital markets topics, with accountability for project planning, budgeting, execution and successful completion.
  • Developing technical solutions to support clients on key transactions and corporate events, including complex accounting analyses and structuring considerations.
  • Delivering high-quality technical outputs, such as accounting memorandums, structuring papers, regulatory analyses, and client presentations.
  • Mentoring junior colleagues & team members, coordinating multidisciplinary PwC teams and collaborating with senior client stakeholders & supporting client relationship development.

This Role Is For You If

  • You hold an ACA (or international equivalent) qualification.
  • You have strong technical accounting skills, with experience in IFRS (and ideally UK GAAP).
  • You can demonstrate your interest in transactions, accounting advisory and capital markets topics, along with experience delivering high-quality technical analysis and client-ready reports.
  • You have project management skills, work with large data sets & show commercial awareness, and can solve client problems with a practical, business‑oriented mindset.
  • You have proven ability to lead teams & manage client accounts, motivating, developing and inspiring others to deliver quality, with strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • You are experienced with US GAAP and SEC reporting is an advantage for capital markets and cross‑border transactions.
