As a Tech Catalyst Business Activator within the Relationship and Demand team, you will be part of a team responsible for demand consolidation and a trusted interface between our team and our demand sources (Clients, LoS, CTO/CIO and Alliances, Global, Special Partnerships or the wider UK Network). You will play a role in promoting, managing and tracking our products, services, and capabilities to drive engagement and technology innovation. In a fast paced environment, you will respond to challenges and strengthen relationships to maximise the impact of Tech Catalyst.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the capability in maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders within assigned LoS or demand sources.
  • Build a broad understanding of the demand sources, and interest in their operating models, challenges, and their requirements.
  • Respond at pace to stakeholder queries, opportunities, and challenges, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Possess a broad understanding of how the assets, services and capabilities within Tech Catalyst can benefit our stakeholders and clients.
  • Identify new and innovative technology solutions delivered by the capability teams to share the success of Tech Catalyst, perpetuating demand.
  • Work in collaboration with people in the Relationship and Demand capability and wider Tech Catalyst capability groups to support the LoS with tech input, fostering best practice, good governance and process efficiency.
  • Provide feedback to the Relationship and Demand capability to ensure continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Stakeholder Management: organising, improving and monitoring relationships with stakeholders. Systematically identifying and analysing strategic needs and expectations.
  • Customer Experience: a working understanding of the customer experience for both stakeholders and clients, for sustained success, satisfaction and enhanced experiences. Applied knowledge of client data management, relations and retention practices.
  • Process: analyse and adopt best practice and proven methodologies, leveraging the collective knowledge of Tech Catalyst to identify potential problems or trends for improvement or automation.
  • Governance: Apply, monitoring or overseeing delivery to quality and safety standards, including processes for escalation resolution.

In addition, you will be trained, in order to develop an interest in, the following skills: Business Design, Client Sales processes, IT Consultancy, Delivery Management, Risk Management, Process Delivery, Governance.
