Join our dynamic team as we embark on an exciting growth journey and support our clients in delivering enterprise digital transformations that enhance customer experiences. We seek a seasoned professional with a strong background in consulting or industry leadership and extensive experience in Health Trusts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting compelling client proposals.
- Architecting and leading projects through their entire lifecycle—from strategy to execution.
- Managing strategy and experience design, operating model implementation, process design, patient journey and service model design, and end‑to‑end digital transformation.
This role is for you if:
- You have a background in Consulting, Professional Services or Industry experience (including digital programme SRO roles).
- Experience delivering digitally enabled transformation programmes, especially EPR delivery/implementation.
- Experience transforming business and operating models to align with patient/citizen needs and improve ways of working.
- Experience enhancing digital capabilities by leveraging next‑generation technologies.
- Experience improving the visibility and knowledge about patients through advanced analytics.
- Experience capturing and processing feedback to improve end‑to‑end patient experience while reducing cost to serve.
- Ability to interpret client strategic, operational and external drivers for change, gaining respect, building trust and inspiring clients.
- Experience building sustainable senior client relationships and being respected by clients and colleagues.
- People‑ and client‑centric with a passion for designing and delivering compelling experiences for patients/customers and employees.
- Proven track record in delivering client excellence and contributing to the growth of our practice.
- Sound understanding of emerging technologies and their applications to improve patient and employee experiences.
