What Your Day Will Look Like
- Process incoming post, log tasks and maintain accurate records on claims systems such as Appian.
- Provide administrative support including scanning, archiving, and attaching documents to virtual claim files.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate data and effective communication.
- Support claims processes, reporting, and audits while meeting SLA requirements and business targets.
