We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our team and support complex people transition, transfer, and bid activity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, project coordination experience, and the confidence to work with stakeholders across HR, legal, and operational teams. You will play a key role in supporting workforce transfer activity, preparing high-quality materials, and helping ensure projects are delivered in a structured, informed, and commercially effective way.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Analyze workforce and TUPE data to support bids and transfers, building resourcing models and identifying key risks.
- Develop high-quality briefing packs, presentations and reporting, providing clear insights to support decision-making and due diligence activity.
- Coordinate project delivery across stakeholders, tracking actions, risks and governance to keep activity on track.
- Draft and deliver people-related communications, support consultations, and ensure project content remains accurate and consistent.

- Are highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
- Have experience in project support, workforce transition, HR change, people advisory or a similar environment.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear, actionable insights.
- Communicate confidently, with exceptional written and verbal skills and the ability to produce high-quality materials.
- Can create clear, accurate and engaging presentations and stakeholder documentation.
- Are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, exercising discretion when handling sensitive data.
