About the Role
Join our growing Cyber Risk Advisory team as a Senior Manager specialising in the Consumer Markets sector that includes some of the largest and best‑known Retail, Consumer, Manufacturing, Logistics, Transport and Hospitality organisations. In this role, you will strengthen client relationships, lead cyber engagements, and deliver practical, business‑aligned solutions to build your portfolio of clients and contribute to continued growth via delivery excellence. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to help them navigate evolving cyber threats, regulatory expectations, and the unique challenges facing Consumer Markets— including complex supply chains, distributed operations across global markets, e‑commerce risk, customer data protection, and cloud‑based digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile cyber professional who excels in client delivery, team leadership, and market development.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Build trusted senior client relationships across Consumer, Commercial, and Retail sectors
- Lead end‑to‑end cyber engagements including assessments, roadmaps, and transformation programmes
- Advise on key areas such as cyber risk, incident readiness, third‑party risk, cloud security, and resilience
- Support business development, RFP responses, and growth of sector offerings
- Provide practical insight on retail and commercial technologies and associated cyber risks
- Apply industry frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, GDPR)
- Lead, mentor, and assure delivery quality across multidisciplinary teams
The Role Is For You If
- Strong experience in cyber security or cyber advisory, ideally within commercial or retail environments
- Proven ability to lead client engagements, manage senior stakeholders, and deliver business‑aligned outcomes
- Deep understanding of cyber risk, threat landscapes, and security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls)
- Experience with cloud security and digital transformation risk, including identity, access, and data protection
- Understanding of supply chain cyber risk, OT/ICS, e‑commerce platforms, or consumer data protection
- Confident communicator, able to translate technical concepts into clear business recommendations
- Experience leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams in fast‑paced environments
- Exposure to regulatory environments such as GDPR, PCI DSS, or NIS2
- Incident response or crisis management experience is beneficial
- Holds or is working towards relevant cyber certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001)
- Commercially minded, analytical, and proactive, with a collaborative leadership style and passion for continuous development
