This role sits within the X-LoS Regulatory Reporting team (Learning, Implementation & Reporting, People Solutions), supporting regulated business areas by delivering and monitoring learning requirements, maintaining quality standards, and auditâready reporting. The position partners with the current Team Lead, focusing on transformation across reporting, process improvement, data/MI, stakeholder engagement, and supporting learning reporting for the Remote Team Model (RTM). Line management for Reporting Officers remains with the Team Lead. The secondment is designed to increase capacity and maintain alignment with the team's operating model.
Role Responsibilities
- Partner with the Regulatory Reporting Manager (Team Lead) to deliver transformation projects across reporting activities.
- Lead initiatives in process improvement, automation, and data/MI delivery while supporting core reporting as needed.
- Support learning reporting requirements and controls for the Remote Team Model, ensuring continued alignment and fitness for purpose.
- Engage with stakeholders, maintain quality standards, and uphold auditâready controls in a highly regulated environment.
