You’ll be joining our Oracle Consulting services team. As a Certified Oracle Cloud partner, we help our clients use Oracle’s technology and applications to build their digital enterprise on the cloud; transform business functions, including finance, supply chain, HR, and tax; achieve maximum value on their investment through Managed Cloud Services; and help them manage risk and ‘go live’ on time and on budget through Oracle Cloud Embedded Assurance.

About The Role

You’ll be joining a team that’s rated by Gartner and IDC Marketspace as a Leader in several categories, including being positioned as a Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Oracle Cloud Application Services, worldwide. You’ll work with the latest technologies and big-name companies on projects that are driving the future of those organisations. Playing key roles on client engagements, assisting in creating new opportunities and contributing to knowledge sharing and the development of our people.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Leading Oracle Fusion transformation initiatives from start to finish, aligning efforts with client goals and PwC standards.
  • Creating and tracking project plans, key milestones, and deliverables, revising plans as client needs evolve.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, building strong connections and maintaining satisfaction across the project’s duration.
  • Guiding and supporting project team members through mentoring and regular performance feedback.
  • Overseeing resource planning and distribution, ensuring team members are allocated efficiently to fulfil project requirements both for the present and future.
  • Managing project commercials ensuring financial expectations are met, deliverables remain within agreed financial limits, billing is done and revenue reviews are held.
  • Anticipating potential project risks and devising mitigation strategies to limit their impact on timelines and results.
  • Performing ongoing risk assessments, adjusting project strategies to manage new challenges.
  • Applying quality assurance processes to drive ongoing improvement in procedures and service levels.
  • Maintaining thorough records of project workflows and outcomes to support future reference and audits.

This Role Is For You If

  • You have significant project management experience, with an emphasis on overseeing major enterprise Oracle Fusion IT transformation projects, or a combination of Oracle Fusion and other similar ERP systems.
  • Have a history of efficiently handling several complex workstreams at once, delivering them punctually and within budget while meeting objectives.
  • Can demonstrate experience in managing stakeholders, engaging senior leaders, and building strong relationships with clients and teams.
  • Have gained in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications, covering their functions, features, and integration possibilities in enterprise settings.
  • Have strong familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, along with experience using relevant tools and software.
  • You have the ability to lead and manage teams effectively, mentor team members, and support performance and project success.
  • You've experience in financial control of projects, such as creating budgets, monitoring finances, and reporting against targets.
  • Have demonstrated skill in recognizing, evaluating, and reducing project risks for successful outcomes in evolving environments.
  • Possess a background in promoting continuous improvement within teams and incorporating lessons learned into upcoming projects.
  • You have obtained previous work in consulting or professional services.
