About The Role

You’ll be joining our Oracle Consulting services team.

As a Certified Oracle Cloud partner, we help our clients use Oracle's technology and applications to build their digital enterprise on the cloud; transform business functions, including finance, supply chain, HR, and tax; achieve maximum value on their investment through Managed Cloud Services; and help them manage risk and 'go live' on time and on budget through Oracle Cloud Embedded Assurance.

  • What Your Days Will Look Like
  • Lead the design and architecture of the Oracle Invoice to Cash (I2C) workstream on large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud transformation programmes, applying industry-leading methodologies to help clients transform their businesses.
  • Lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams across Pw C, client, offshore and third-party delivery organisations, fostering a collaborative, high-performing delivery environment.
  • Own the successful delivery of the Invoice to Cash workstream, providing leadership across solution design, governance, quality, scope, risks, dependencies and successful delivery against programme milestones.
  • Act as the trusted advisor to client finance, technology and programme leadership teams to make key design decisions, resolve complex functional and design issues, and promote "adopt not adapt" principles wherever appropriate.
  • Lead solution design workshops, architecture reviews and design governance forums, ensuring decisions are clearly documented and understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams across functional, technical, integration, data, security and reporting workstreams to ensure the overall I2C solution is coherent, deliverable and aligned across the programme lifecycle.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including discovery phases, solution demonstrations, RFP responses, proposal shaping and client presentations for new and existing opportunities.
  • This Role Is For You If You Have
  • Proven experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing consulting teams across complex Oracle Cloud transformation programmes, providing quality assurance, mentoring and supporting the development of junior consultants.
  • Detailed knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Credit Management Recipt Accounting, Collections and Cash Management, good knowledge of Oracle General Ledger, and the ability to configure these modules.
  • Strong understanding of best practices for deploying I2C business processes, considering controls, dependencies, application design and configuration options within transformation programmes.
  • Awareness and understanding of the interactions across other Oracle applications and platform components, including other Financials capabilities and modules such as Project Billing, Intercompany, Netting, EPM, SCM and HCM.
  • Demonstrable ability to advise senior client stakeholders, explain complex solution concepts in clear business language, and build trusted relationships across finance, technology and programme leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud leading practices, quarterly release management, configuration principles, design governance and architectural controls.
  • Experience identifying and resolving complex design issues, balancing standardisation, risk, usability, performance and long-term maintainability.
  • Awareness of Oracle's latest innovation agenda, including automation, analytics, embedded AI and broader digital finance capabilities, with the ability to apply these practically in client contexts.
  • Experience contributing to sales and pre-sales activities, including shaping finance solutions, leading demos or discovery sessions, supporting RFP responses and participating in client orals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality design documentation and communicate effectively with both specialist and non-specialist audiences.
  • Demonstrable Experience In Several Of The Following Activities
  • Lead the design, documentation and delivery planning of Oracle I2C solutions, translating business requirements into robust process designs, configuration approaches and workstream plans for successful implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, challenge assumptions and align stakeholders on key design decisions.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions and communicating complex business and technical concepts with confidence.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including business, IT, technical, integration and third-party delivery partners.
  • Apply structured problem-solving to resolve functional, process and delivery issues.
  • Coordinate onshore, offshore, client and supplier teams across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and quality assurance to consultants, supporting capability development across the Oracle practice.
  • Hold, or be working towards, relevant Oracle Cloud specialisms, accreditations or certifications.
  • Additional Key Requirement(s)
