We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial, high achieving and high potential individuals to take our SAP Transformation Consulting practice to the next level and currently have an opportunity for a Lead SAP Solution Architect to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Resolving key design decisions focusing on Technical architecture and integration for our S/4 HANA clients.
- Developing cost models for large-scale SAP implementations and lead project analysis for transitions from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
- Developing project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients with use of SAP BTP and/or other integration platforms.
- Architect and deliver innovative IT solutions, lead UI strategies, compare technology options to maintain a ‘clean core’, focussed on SAP but with a knowledge of surrounding technologies.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring alignment with C-suite and key decision-makers, reporting to Partner Level.
- Managing and delivering large projects by developing/mentoring the project team, assessing Architecture options with SAP for our clients, managing engagement risks throughout.
- Shaping and delivering projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria.
- Influencing clients’ use of AI solutions/SAP Joule.
- Training, coaching, and supervising team members.
Qualifications
- You have 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a focus on SAP.
- You have experience leading and inspiring large teams of technical consultants onshore, nearshore and offshore.
- You have multiple end to end implementations in ERP and Finance projects as well as extensive experience in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Oracle or Workday.
- You have deep technical expertise in with certification as SAP Enterprise Architecture and SAP BTP.
- You have cloud certifications in Microsoft/Google/Amazon technologies.
- You have excellent stakeholder management and relationship building both internally and with the client.
- You have Pre-sales experience.
