Overview
The Talent, Development and Coaching Centre of Excellence works with the business to deliver high quality learning that supports organisational priorities and individual growth. Within creative line of service and firmwide design teams, the Design Consultant develops and curates innovative learning solutions that address business needs and achieve clear outcomes. Working with subject matter experts, they translate business goals into defined learning objectives and create effective learning interventions using modern design methodologies and insights. The role contributes to content development, quality reviews work from colleagues, and supports project management while collaborating closely with a Portfolio Strategy Leader or a Senior Design Consultant.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Design, develop and quality‑assure innovative learning content by collaborating with subject matter experts, delivery partners and other design teams.
- Apply learning design methodologies, Innovation & Investments Hub processes and evaluation insights to create effective, inclusive and continuously improving learning experiences.
- Facilitate design workshops, brief facilitators and support programme delivery, including coordination with Learning Experience and Event Delivery teams.
- Contribute to team capability by coaching junior designers, sharing best practice, supporting project management activity and engaging in Communities of Practice, with flexibility to travel when required.

- You have experience designing, developing and reviewing face‑to‑face and digital learning solutions, demonstrating creativity, innovation and a commitment to high‑quality content.
- You are skilled in engaging and influencing stakeholders through confident, clear and effective communication, and able to build strong collaborative relationships.
- You have knowledge of digital learning technologies and how they enhance learning effectiveness and transform learning experiences.
- You have the ability to lead, coach and develop self and others while managing projects, analysing complex information and delivering reliably under pressure.
- You operate with an inclusive, global mindset and demonstrate resilience, adaptability and sound judgement in a changing environment.
