Join our dynamic team as we embark on an exciting growth journey! We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in consulting, either from a professional services environment or from industry leadership, specifically with extensive experience in Health Trusts. In this role, your proven success in delivering comprehensive enterprise digital transformations and enhancing customer experiences will be invaluable. You will work closely with our team, leveraging your deep insights into industry and digital trends and understanding their impacts on organisations.
Your days will include crafting compelling client proposals and architecting and leading projects through their entire lifecycle—from strategy to execution. While expertise in Electronic Patient Records (EPR) or data platforms is a plus, the ability to deliver diverse, enterprise-wide transformations is a must. Your extensive experience should cover strategy and experience design, operating model design and implementation, process design, patient journey and service model design, and end-to-end digital transformation. You will also need to demonstrate a track record of leading organisations and supporting clients in achieving tangible, impactful outcomes.
This role is for you if:
- You have a background in Consulting or Professional Services or Industry experience (including digital programme SRO roles).
- Experience delivering digitally enabled transformation programmes, especially EPR delivery/implementation.
- Transforming business and operating models to better align to patient/citizen needs as customers and improve ways of working.
- Enhancing digital capabilities by leveraging next generation technologies.
- Improving the visibility and knowledge about patients through advanced analytics.
- Helping organisations capture and process feedback and improve end-to-end patient experience, whilst also reducing cost to serve.
- Experience of interpreting clients' strategic, operational and external drivers for change, gaining respect, building trust and inspiring clients by anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations within the health industry.
- Experience of building sustainable senior client relationships and being recognised and respected by clients and colleagues as a knowledgeable, valued and trusted professional.
- People and client centric with a passion for designing and delivering compelling experiences for patients/customers and employees.
- Proven track record in delivering client excellence as well as shaping and contributing to the growth of our practice.
- Sound understanding of emerging technologies and their applications to improve patient and employee experiences.
No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions. We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
