About The Role

Join a dynamic internal finance team providing high-quality decision support to a key business unit within the Deals Line of Service. This role combines financial control, commercial insight and strategic partnering to drive performance and growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Forecasting, revenue recognition, performance management and financial governance, while working closely with senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial guidance, insight and challenge, supporting aligned and informed decision-making.
  • Lead forecasting, planning and budgeting, delivering financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business priorities.
  • Oversee revenue recognition (IFRS 15) and ensure robust financial control, governance and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Monitor performance and working capital metrics, delivering actionable insight, improving cash outcomes, and supporting projects and team development.

This Role Is For You If:

  • Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or international equivalent).
  • Proven finance business partnering experience, delivering insight, influencing decisions and providing constructive challenge.
  • Experience applying IFRS 15 revenue recognition principles within a commercial environment, with exposure to external audit processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with confidence to interpret data, identify risks and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build effective relationships across a wide network.
  • Adaptable and proactive, able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments, using technology, data and digital tools to enhance insight and performance.
