Our mid‑market transformation business within PwC UK’s Consulting practice has grown significantly. We deliver technology‑enabled implementations and transformations for small‑to‑medium businesses, optimizing technology investment and building data‑driven decision‑making. The Mid‑Market Transformation Team partners with clients undergoing major change, redesigning processes and building capabilities across finance, operations, digital, and technology.

As a Business Analyst, you will capture requirements, translate complex problems into actionable solutions, and support delivery across projects.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Facilitate requirements‑gathering sessions with client stakeholders.
  • Develop documentation including process maps, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze business processes and identify optimisation, automation, and data‑flow opportunities.
  • Support solution design with technology, data, and change specialists.
  • Participate in workshops, design sprints, and testing cycles to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Assist in planning and delivering transformation roadmaps and implementation activities.
  • Support Change Management and Testing workstreams – impact assessment, training materials, test planning, and script creation.
  • Contribute to client presentations, proposals, and project reporting.

This Role Is For You If

  • Experience as a Business Analyst (consulting or in‑house) in transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Ability to produce clear requirements, user stories, and functional documentation.
  • Comfortable facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders.
  • Understanding of common transformation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
  • Strong communication skills and presentation ability.
  • Versatile and flexible approach – adapt to shifting priorities and support multiple workstreams.
  • Domain knowledge (Finance, Operations, Manufacturing) desirable.
