About The Role

PwC are celebrating a decade of successful Workday project delivery with major UK and global clients. To capitalise on this success, we are currently looking for an experienced Workday Data Integrations Consultant to join our established and growing Workday Consulting Team. What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Managing a range of integration and data projects including complex Workday Studio integrations across the full functionality of Workday.
  • Working on global rollouts across key parts of the end-to-end design of integrations in/out of Workday and leading an integration team through Go‑Live.
  • Soliciting and managing client requirements, presenting and facilitating workshops, analysing data, and configuring solutions in Workday.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across our HR and Financials transformation teams and wider PwC network to identify and create solutions that bring value to our clients.
  • Supporting and inspiring others, keeping our team a fun place to work.
  • Playing your part in our proposition and business development activities.
  • Working at all levels within our clients’ organisations from C‑suite to the back‑office operations teams.

This Role Is For You If

  • You have a background in Finance Transformation Consulting or Technology with significant experience leading integration projects as part of Workday implementations.
  • You have current Workday Certifications (beneficial).
  • You have client‑facing Workday experience.
  • You have strong digital and data skills.
  • You can listen to requirements and provide imaginative solutions to challenges.
  • You have a demonstrable record of managing people, including onshore and offshore resources.
  • You can quickly build relationships across our networked organisation, gaining immediate credibility and adapting your style to suit your audience.
