Our Tax Compliance Academy is a two‑year structured development programme designed to launch your career in corporate tax. You’ll join a cohort of peers in a fast‑paced environment, gaining a strong foundation in corporate tax while developing transferable skills to become a trusted Corporate Tax Compliance professional.
At the end of the programme, you’ll continue your career journey at PwC, equipped with the expertise and confidence to thrive in one of the world’s leading professional services firms.

This is an office‑based role (5 days per week), especially during the initial months when training and collaboration are most intensive. While remote working isn’t supported at the start, we value flexibility and inclusion and are open to discussions about individual circumstances. We review submissions on a rolling basis and may close earlier if sufficient applications are received.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare corporate tax calculations and tax returns for a variety of clients, helping them determine and pay corporation tax.
- Attend focused training sessions, on‑job shadowing, learning and coaching to build tax technical knowledge and skills required to prepare tax computations.
- Build a strong foundation of corporate tax knowledge and transferable skills.
- Learn about PwC, the services we offer and our PwC values and culture.
Skills And Experience We’re Looking For
- No previous tax experience or qualifications are required; we’re looking for individuals who have developed relevant skills through previous work experience.
- Quick to adapt and able to adjust to new environments.
- Ability to take ownership of personal development.
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, collaborating and fostering positive team spirit.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly and adapt communication style for different audiences.
- Solid literacy and numeracy skills.
- Experience using platforms such as Excel, Word, or equivalent software/systems.
Recruitment Process
