What Your Days Will Look Like
- Deliver effective people deployment and workforce planning solutions using Workforce Planning systems.
- Use knowledge and understanding of the portfolio’s growth plans to provide the business with pragmatic advice on people deployment and resourcing solutions that drive growth and profitability.
- Manage and coach Resource Officers, ensuring they optimise headcount to increase utilisation whilst balancing the impact on employee engagement.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews with client facing staff to ensure maximum utilisation, development and fair allocation of work for each individual.
- Interpret and analyse Management Information (MI) to provide trends, make connections and spot opportunities to improve profitability and people engagement.
- Share knowledge, best practice and network with your colleagues across the business and Resource Management Function.
- Anticipate, mitigate (where possible) and resolve conflict.
The Role Is For You If
- You have experience within Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Recruitment or Operational people management ideally within a large scale, complex organisation within Professional Services.
- You possess a commercial mind-set and critical business acumen.
- Using resourcing metrics and KPIs to inform decision making across the technology catalyst portfolio.
- You have experience in the management of a team of Resource professionals providing coaching, professional development and support.
- You are self-motivated, adaptable and resilient with the confidence to challenge and to meet challenges head on.
- You ideally come from a Technology background or perhaps have a keen interest or passion in Tech.
