About The Role

At PwC UK, the Chief Artificial Intelligence Office sits at the centre of how we shape and deliver our artificial intelligence market priorities as part of our wider Technology and Go-to-Market strategy. Working within a small, high‑impact team, you’ll support firm‑wide initiatives that drive innovation, collaboration and market engagement. This role is available on a 12‑month secondment basis, providing an opportunity to gain experience within the AI GTM Enablement team. As an AI Go‑to‑Market Enablement Senior Associate, you will play a key role in coordinating projects, managing knowledge, and supporting stakeholder engagement across the Chief Artificial Intelligence Office portfolio. This is a six‑month secondment with the potential to extend, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to build skills in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Project coordination and delivery
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and tracking across the portfolio
    • Coordinate with stakeholders across Lines of Service, Sales and Marketing, and technology teams
    • Monitor progress, track performance, and provide updates to senior team members
    • Identify risks and issues early and support resolution or escalation
    • Manage inbound requests and maintain shared platforms and repositories
    • Support budget and resource tracking aligned to strategic priorities
  • Meeting preparation and documentation
    • Prepare agendas and briefing materials for key meetings
    • Capture clear, structured notes and track actions to completion
    • Support live updates and refinement of materials during discussions
  • Knowledge management and communications
    • Maintain and update the Artificial Intelligence Go‑to‑Market Hub and related platforms
    • Support the development and publication of thought leadership, win stories and credentials
    • Assist in planning and delivering internal events and community sessions
  • Stakeholder engagement
    • Build effective working relationships across the business
    • Coordinate inputs from multiple teams, ensuring accuracy and consistency
    • Provide structured summaries and insights to support decision‑making
