We are partnering with a global, multi-site organisation seeking a senior marketing leader(s) to drive hands-on, sales-aligned marketing that delivers measurable revenue growth. This is a highly commercial, operator-focused role for a marketer who has worked side-by-side with sales teams and can demonstrate how marketing campaigns directly contributed to pipeline progression, conversion, and speed to close. You will lead activity across acquisition, reactivation, and retention, translating sales and customer insight into programmes that drive tangible, bottom-line outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow marketing’s contribution to revenue and sales performance
- Partner closely with sales leadership to optimise conversion and pipeline movement
- Build and run targeted programmes that directly support lead-to-close outcomes
- Translate sales data, field feedback, and performance insight into actionable marketing campaigns
- Lead and develop a commercially focused, performance-driven marketing team
What We’re Looking For
- Senior marketing experience in sales-led, revenue-driven organisations
- Strong evidence of impact through conversion uplift, pipeline growth, revenue contribution, or speed to close
- Comfortable working side-by-side with sales teams and reporting on commercial outcomes
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and execution-focused
- Experience marketing tangible products or services, ideally in operator-led or multi-site environments
