We are partnering with a global, high-growth organisation at the forefront of international expansion, seeking an Interim Senior Marketing Manager to support and accelerate a high-performing Partnerships / Business Development function during a critical growth phase.
This is an interim-to-permanent or contract role, ideal for a hands-on commercial marketer who can embed quickly, deliver impact fast, and help build scalable marketing capability aligned to ambitious global growth targets.
The Role- Work closely with senior sales and partnerships leaders in a deal-led, fast-growth environment.
- Translate sales strategy into targeted marketing programmes that accelerate pipeline, conversion, and revenue.
- Drive partner acquisition, pipeline progression, deal velocity, and long-term engagement across international markets.
- Demonstrate clear commercial impact, with success measured by revenue contribution and speed to close.
- Proven experience in sales-led, revenue-driven organisations.

- Hands‑on, execution-focused, and comfortable operating at pace in interim roles.
- Experience supporting complex, high-value B2B deals is highly desirable.
